Yes! I am ready to join the conversation.
How do you define global leader?
Great question! Whether you are a domestic leader working internationally, or a domestic leader working locally in a cross-cultural environment, global leadership, with a side of cultural understanding is vital to your success and the success of those you serve.
The virtual and live experiences - what if I can't make it?
No problem. We know you are super busy and want to accommodate your needs. Everything will be housed in our online community for you to access any time.
How many people can be part of this training?
Thank you for asking. The short answer is, all of them! We want you and your team to be as engaged as you want them to. Ideally you will encourage a team lead to ensure that the staff are taking full advantage of the course modules and incorporating the topics into team meetings and your organizational culture.
What is an NGO?
The acronym NGO is typically referred to a non-governmental organization who's primary work is done internationally. However, as we stated above, global leaders who work locally need similar skills as those who work outside the US.
How do you measure 6 months?
When you enroll is the time that starts your 6 month experience. Cultural Conversations will continue to add cultural community group information regularly. So after the first 6 months, you will have the opportunity to remain in the Truth Be Told Community and continue to have uninterrupted access to this fabulous, helpful information!
Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.
We have over 100 members in our club, and about 30 of us meet each week on Mondays at noon. Our regular agenda includes a patriotic song, pledge of allegiance, invocation, welcoming guests and visiting Rotarians, announcements of news and upcoming events, and a featured speaker on a different topic of local relevance. Please check our website for upcoming programs and consider joining us!
We are on the lookout for like-minded leaders in our community who want to serve others and make our world a better place for our children.
